These terms apply to your use of NORAMARK.
1. Who Can Use NORAMARK
You must be at least 18. This is a business platform.
2. Your Account
Keep your credentials safe. Use your real info.
If you connect third-party services (such as email), you authorize us to access and process that data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Rules of Use
Don't break laws. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't mess with the system.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform and content belong to us. Don't reuse it without approval.
5. Account Termination
We can suspend or delete accounts for any misuse.
6. SMS Terms
By opting into SMS, you agree to receive text messages from Noramark. These may include alerts, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. HELP for help.
7. Supplier Listings and Quote Requests
NORAMARK lists U.S. manufacturers using public information about them. A company can claim its listing for free, or ask us to remove it.
When a buyer requests a quote from a supplier's page, NORAMARK decides where it goes. If the supplier is on a paid plan (Journeyman or above), a request with a drawing goes only to that supplier. On the free plan, we may also send it to other qualified suppliers. Requests without a drawing, and requests about unclaimed listings, go to our sourcing team first.
Buyers: we share your request and its files with the suppliers we send it to.
8. No Promises
We aim for uptime, but things break. Use at your own risk.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
Delaware law applies.

Noramark, Inc. ("Noramark," "we," "our," or "us") runs NORAMARK at https://www.noramark.com/ and its related services. This policy explains how we handle your information.
1. What We Collect
- Account Info: Name, email, phone number, company, role.
- Usage: Clicks, views, IP, device.
- Messages: Messages sent through the platform, support tickets.
- SMS Activity: Delivery and interaction data tied to text messages.
2. Email Integrations (Gmail)
If you connect an email account (such as Gmail) to Noramark Email Triage, we may access and process email data to help you organize RFQs and related work. In Progressive mode, we access email headers and metadata (such as subject, sender, recipients, dates, and thread/message IDs). If you enable Full mode or request deeper analysis, we may access email message content and attachment metadata to extract structured RFQ details and generate suggestions. We do not send email or modify mailbox content. You can disconnect the integration at any time and request deletion of stored integration data.

3. What We Use It For
- Run the platform.
- Improve performance.

We take security very seriously. We protect your data with all reasonable, modern, and sensible security measures. It is important to keep in mind that nothing connected to a network is 100% secure, however.
7. Retention
We keep what we need, then delete or archive it in a secure manner.
8. Your Rights
Contact privacy@noramark.com to update or delete your data.

4. Delivery Not Guaranteed
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your phone number except with service providers who help us send texts.

No scraping. No reverse-engineering. No automation.

If something feels off, flag it.
We don't tolerate nonsense. Build the kind of network you'd want to work with.
Intellectual Property Protection Policy

Noramark respects IP rights. We expect users to do the same.
1. Report Infringement
Email IP@noramark.com with:
- What's being infringed.
- Where the material is on our site.
- Your full contact info.
- A statement you believe this isn't authorized use.
- A statement you're the IP owner or authorized to act for them.
2. Our Response
We investigate valid claims. We may remove content or terminate users.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed by mistake:
- Send your contact info.
- Say what was removed and where it was.
- Explain why you believe it was an error.
- State you agree to jurisdiction of your district's federal court and accept legal service.
If valid, we may restore the content.
