WHO WE ARE: Founded in 1925, TMA is an independent trade association whose mission is to partner with small and midsize manufacturers to help protect, promote, and grow their businesses through practical products, programs, services, and solutions. WHAT WE DO -- COMMUNITY: Provide mutual support and connection among our members and within the small to midsize manufacturing industry. ADVOCACY: Create a positive image of the manufacturing industry and advocate for public policies conducive to members’ growth. RESOURCES: Pool the purchasing power of members in order to provide them products and services that save money and benefit their businesses. EDUCATION: Help our members train, educate and certify their personnel at all levels – from entry to apprentice to manager/owner.
