Aluminum Electronic Enclosures --Our shortest lead time --Runs of 5pcs to 500pcs per part number per month --Flat parts within an envelope of 20” in X, 3” in Y, 1” in Z 2. Beryllium Copper Parts --Most shops don’t like the material due to safety concerns. We have implemented mitigations for these concerns. --Typically 6” in X, 2” in Y, 0.5” in Z --Runs of 5pcs to 100pcs per part number per month 3. Turned parts with off-center features --We have a live-tooling lathe with C and Y-axis capabilities --Runs of 2pcs to 50pcs per part number per month --Typically <5” in diameter, <10” in length --Stainless (316, 17-4, etc.), tool steel, aluminum, PEEK, Torlon
