In Progressive mode, we access email headers and metadata (such as subject, sender, recipients, dates, and thread/message IDs). If you enable Full mode or request deeper analysis, we may access email message content and attachment metadata to extract structured RFQ details and generate suggestions. We do not send email or modify mailbox content. You can disconnect the integration at any time and request deletion of stored integration data.
