Our proven capabilities include the precision machining of specialized materials such as ceramics, Zirconium, Alloy 525, Boron Nitride, and other explosion-bonded materials, with a particular expertise in components for nuclear and fission applications, including neutron reflectors and neutron generators. We are highly proficient in: CNC Machining: Advanced programming for multi-axis machines. Gearing Expertise: Fabrication of Helical, Bevel, Bevel Helical, Spur Gears, and Timing Belt Gears. Machining Capabilities: 3D printing, CNC routing, surface grinding, toolmaking, TIG welding (Titanium, Aluminum, Stainless Steel), and Vacuum TIG Welding. Cooling Systems: Chip and CPU Coolers, Water Cooling Plates, and Chemical Cooling Plates.
