Noramark respects IP rights. We expect users to do the same.

1. Report Infringement

Email [email protected] with:

  • What's being infringed.
  • Where the material is on our site.
  • Your full contact info.
  • A statement you believe this isn't authorized use.
  • A statement you're the IP owner or authorized to act for them.

2. Our Response

We investigate valid claims. We may remove content or terminate users.

3. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed by mistake:

  • Send your contact info.
  • Say what was removed and where it was.
  • Explain why you believe it was an error.
  • State you agree to jurisdiction of your district's federal court and accept legal service.

If valid, we may restore the content.
