ABOUT OUR COMPANY We’ve been manufacturing parts feeding equipment since 1989, establishing ourselves as a leader in the industry. We offer a variety of vibratory feeders and parts feeder solutions, ranging from new, turnkey systems to complete vibratory feeder refurbishing and retooling. Request a Quote We are constantly searching for ways to improve the lives and businesses of our customers; consequently, we have taken pride in our online quote request process. Within 24 hours after submission, you will receive a preliminary written quote. At Feeding Concepts you will receive consistent and reliable communication from the beginning of the first quote to the ending of the desired project.
Shipping Policy
From Concept Quote to Completed Machine Our unique 12 step process ensures your system gets delivered on time: Customer sends sample parts to get quoted and/or automated quote request is submitted. Within 24 hours of the RFQ request customer receives their quotation from FCI. Customer sends the purchase order for the final quote or revision. The engineering process takes place and the customer receives drawings. Customer then sends signed 2D engineering approval of system back to FCI. Customer sends down payment and sufficient quantity of PRODUCTION PARTS to FCI. At this point in the project the job is released to the floor and specified delivery time on the quote is initiated. Job construction becomes complete. High resolution video buyoff is sent to the customer via email for approval before shipment. Customer gets the specified percentage before shipment paid. The system is then crated and shipped to the customers specified location. The remaining percentage is due as specified on the quote.
