Delta Deep LLC is a woman-owned U.S. metal forming and fabrication company specializing in custom pipe and tube bending, structural rolling and metal forming for marine, shipbuilding, defense, industrial and commercial applications. Capabilities include pipe bending, tube bending, angle rolling, channel rolling, beam rolling, flat bar forming, custom fabrication, prototype and production work, and specialty formed components. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and copper-nickel (CuNi) materials. Pipe and tube capabilities include round, square and rectangular profiles, with experience producing components for shipbuilding, marine piping systems, industrial piping, hydraulic applications, handrails, structural components and custom assemblies. Delta Deep supports both one-off/specialty requirements and production quantities, with an emphasis on responsive turnaround, quality workmanship and difficult-to-source bending and forming requirements.
