Payment policy
We operate on flexible payment terms tailored to project scope and client needs. For most consulting and engineering engagements, payment is due upon completion of deliverables unless otherwise agreed. For long-term or phased projects, milestone-based invoicing can be arranged. Retainer options are available for ongoing support or fractional engineering roles. All invoices are net 15 unless alternate terms are negotiated in writing.
Shipping Policy
While most of our services are delivered digitally or on-site, any physical deliverables (printed documentation, sample tooling, or customer-provided equipment) will be shipped via a trusted carrier with tracking provided. Standard ground shipping applies unless expedited service is requested. Clients are welcome to provide their own carrier accounts. We take care to ensure all items are securely packaged and shipped promptly after project completion.
